School Reviews

Read Google and parent-contributed reviews for Angsana Primary School, or share your own experience below.

"This is the only primary school within reasonable walking distance of Tampines north new BTO estate (especially if you stay near Dr. 2 or St. 62). Both phase 2A and 2C are oversubscribed, with phase 2C being more than 2 times oversubscribed, due to MK (for phase 2A) and the number of new BTOs nearby. There will be another primary school - Damai Primary - relocating nearby, but they will only start in 2029. And after the new condos - Tenet, Aurelle and Parktown, are built and TOP, this school will continue to be oversubscribed during P1 registration and with transfer students. In terms of CCA, this is one of the only primary school in Tampines (besides Poi Ching) to have brass band as a CCA."

"i'm graduating soon, and the old building was good and anything, it had 4 floors but with little facilities, but with the new building, there's soo many playgrounds for kindergarteners & angsana primary students to play at! there's a nice big hall and sports hall for PE activities and newly built toilets that are actually hygenic (+ no bullying cases so far!) and the school has been so colourful & neat and green with the new gardens in the bottom and top floor! if your thinking of enrolling your child here, you definitely should as there's so many places and big areas for your children to explore but.. the only downside is here is that there are 7 floors and climbing could be rough and tiring for you (my class is at lvl 7 and its soo tiring) but at least you can get some exercise. edit: also, to get to the new campus you can either take bus 68, 296 and 46! (i mostly go by 68 in tampines interchange)"

"Friendly bookshop makcik (auntie) who attends to parents with patience; the last time I went, she stayed back beyond working hours to attend to all the parents, before closing shop. And the young folk who manage the uniform pop-up stall are courteous and attentive to both parents and students. Security guards also good-natured and attentive, even going so far as to extend a helping hand to parents to guide them around the school compound. As for the teachers... not sure because we're only starting school next year. So far so good."
